BOTTLENECK OF THE PROJECT Change in Design & Bill of quantity as per Soil Investigation after award of contract. Inaccessibility of the site during rainy season Labour problem during election Period Frequent revision of Drawings of the structure and not timely submission also. Variation of quantities of BOQ with actual site condition and problems arise from that Inappropriate Monitoring of the progress of work by the Consultant in respect of the work Programme.

Measures Taken Drawing protocol has been finalised to avoid frequent revisions. Consultant has been requested for close monitoring for progress and appropriate action on agency thereon.
