Why is a resume important?  “I’m only in high school. I don’t need a resume, and I wouldn’t have anything to list on one anyway. Right?”……. WRONG!  A resume isn’t just a summary of your past experiences, but rather a document that is a work in progress, listing your goals and accomplishments as they develop.  “I’m only in high school. How to start building a resume…  Start creating your resume by clicking on “add a new entry”.

Determining the format of your resume  Once you have filled in all the entries with your experiences, you can select the style of your resume by going to “Customize your Printable Resumes” and then clicking “create new print format”.

Resume Format Styles  You must enter a title for your resume in the name box. Editing, Viewing, and Printing your resume  You can view, edit and print your resume by selecting the corresponding icon.
