Learning mobility of individuals short-term mobility of HEI students and staff four activities identical with LLP: Student Mobility for Studies (SMS); Student Mobility for Placement (SMP); Staff Mobility Teaching Assignment (STA); Staff Mobility for Training (STT) new element: student mobility may be repeated ("twice in a lifetime" does not apply any more) – 12 months in each study cycle (BA, MA, PhD) page 14

HEI student mobility study period abroad: 3-12 months traineeship: 2-12 months ! The study period may also contain a traineeship (both max. 12 months) ! The study period abroad must be part of the study programme and must be terminated before graduation ! Students may go for a study period abroad only since the second year of HE study (contrary to traineeships!) page 15

Change in the mobility duration Interruption of mobility: possible with traineeships in case the enterprise is closed during the company holiday. Such time is not included in the minimum length of traineeship. Mobility extension: must be approved by the sending and receiving organizations before the end of the original mobility (incl. complete documentation) The extension must immediately follow the original stay. page 16

Traineeship after graduation ! The traineeship may be completed within 12 months of the graduation (including the duration of the traineeship). Pay attention to signing the necessary documents (before graduation) and aggregation of previous mobilities in the study cycle concerned! Czech legislation does not contain the implementing regulation yet Grant available only from EU funds page 17
