FUNDING For different actions NB! These are the standard amounts – NAs may increase or decrease by up to 1/3

Action 1.1 – Youth Exchange For Sending Organisation: 70% of travel expenses are covered (cheap tickets) 100% of visa and visa related costs 100% of vaccination costs € 480 for preparation

Youth Exchange funding For Hosting Organisation: € 480 for preparation € 960 for activity costs if bi- or trilateral OR € for activity costs if multilateral € 18 per participant per night

Action 1.2 – Youth Initiatives Transnational: Up to € % of travel expenses are covered National: Up to € Coach: Up tp € 1 000

Action 1.3 – Youth Democracy Projects Up to 75% of total project costs - € as the maximum

Action 2 - EVS For the volunteer: 100% of travel costs 100% of visa and vaccination costs Insurance is provided Linguistic training is provided Accommodation and food are provided Volunteer’s allowance (differs from country to country – between € 85 and € 150 per month in the programme countries)

Action 3 – Youth in the World As this action concerns Youth Exchanges and Training and Networking, see the funding for Actions 1.1 and 4.3 respectively

Action 4.3 – Training and Networking Travel expenses: 70% covered Food and lodging: € 48 per day per participant Activity costs: Fixed amount of € € 50 per participant Training tools: € 350 per day (Check the complete Programme Guide for some specificities)

Action 5.1 – Meetings of young people and those responsible for youth policy Up to 75% with a maximum of €

General rules for all actions Valorisation: Additional funding if applied for (with the exception of 4.3 and 5.1) Exceptional costs for inclusion projects (including young people with fewer opportunities): Up to 100% For most actions: The possibility to do an Advanced Planning Visit (APV): 100% of travel costs + € 48 per day per person per sending partner (NB! Maximum 2 days.)
