Why IP? Superior resolutions Existing infrastructure
The NVR CD80-1, CD81-1, CD82-1 All hardware is identical 4 PoE ports VGA, Composite and HDMI
CC417 IP66 15M IR 720p resolution 6mm lens
CC432 Indoor dome 720p resolution 3.6mm lens
CC434 10m IR Indoor/outdoor 720p resolution 3.6mm lens
CC472 WDR professional camera 720p resolution CL40 or CL42 lens
Hardware Cable – CB65-1 Use Cat5 or Cat6 cable (UTP – unshielded twisted pair) Cable runs less than 100m
Hardware Connectors – HW22-1 and HW22-3
Hardware Switch – PoE (NW110-5 and NW111) Power over Ethernet. The standard for PoE requires category 5 cable Power is supplied over two or more of the differential pairs. power supply within a PoE-enabled switch. The PoE standard provides up to 15.4 W of DC power (minimum 44 V DC and 350 mA) to each device. Only W is assured to be available at the powered device as some power is lost in the cable.
The screen Standard PC screen Response time of 5ms CM18-1, CM13 or CM23
Selling a Regal IP CCTV solution Determining factors Budget – Regal IP solution are 50% more expensive than analogue but 3 times the resolution System application – required resolution (observation, recognition and identification) Legend – existing hardware or cabling Technological requirements – Networking, broadcasting, video streaming
What does an IP system consist of? NVR (CD80-1, CD81-1 or CD82-1) Cameras (CC417 or CC432) PoE switch (NW110-5 – 8 port or NW111 – 16 port) Monitor (CM18-1, CM13 or CM23) CAT5E cable (CB65, CB65-1 or CB65-3) Connectors and boots (HW22-1 and HW22-3)
If the customer’s requirement is for resolutions higher than 1.3 Mega- pixels or the number of cameras exceed 16 cameras the solutions becomes an IPSS solution and the customer needs to be referred.
