Introductions Objective: to introduce yourself to most of the other participants – informally! Search for something you have in common 2 minutes/round At end – introduce yourself and the most interesting fact/coincidence you have noted – 1 minute.

‘Ground Rules’ Objective: to agree a set of guidelines about how we will behave/operate both within the large group and also within the action learning groups.
