The purpose of the project 2 Meshcheryakov A. А. +7(913) the development and creation of a final version of a model of the adjustable choke, which will fully meet the parameters stated by the business customer.

WHAT? 3 A structurally and technologically alternative version of choke for production machines of various industries, providing the mixing process of two or more simples. WHY? An ability to control the quantity of liquid / gas pressure in the process of mixing different substances. FOR WHOM? 4 Nowadays, just as decades ago, the topical issue remains to be the mixing process of two or more simples with a clear standardization of their proportions to produce a certain type of product that is needed during the subsequent processing stages. One of the construction solutions that allows realization of the mixing process is a choke (Figure 1). The chokes are used in many industries, most notably - the oil and gas, metallurgical, chemical and food industries. The chokes are used in everyday life too. Figure 1. Choke

А. +7(913) For example, they are used in the cement mixers (Figure 2) in oil and gas industry during the process of well casing with the work strings (in other words - during the well cementing process). These chokes are used to serve mixing liquid to the dry component (artificial cement) - a service water is often used as the mixing liquid, however various solutions (depending on the drilling conditions and requirements to the final cement mortar) can be used instead of water. 6 Technically, the chokes only transport the mixing liquid from the storage tanks to the mixing vessel. They can't be used to determine how much of the liquid is mixing with the artificial cement. This means that the final mortar becomes inapplicable when a failure to comply with the receipt, and the preparation process of the mortar should be done again until the desired settings are achieved. Undoubtedly, this is a problem that spends not only financial (the amount of artificial cement, mixing liquids, additional additives, energy) and human resources, but also time (the time allotted for the process of well construction is increasing, and consequently the starting date of its operation changes). Problems of this kind, considered in the example, are applicable to other forenamed industries. The proposed device - the adjustable choke (Figure 3) will help to solve these problems. Figure 3. A sketch of an adjustable choke The density of the cement mortar and its hardening time are very important parameters during the preparation of the cement mortar for casing the work strings. These parameters directly depend on how well and professionally the solution is prepared that requires following the exact recipe of the mortar and observation of the correct proportions of simples.
