About Dr Jabal Uffelman Dr. Uffelman earned his medical degree from University of Florida College of Medicine and completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency training from University of Miami, Jackson Memorial Hospital. He gained international and medical experience in travels through Africa, Dominican Republic, Venezuela and Brazil. Being fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, Dr. Uffelman services our diverse South Florida community quite well.
