Paint Management Costs San Joaquin County HHW Program FY 2006/07 - Collection, transportation & processing: $109,000 - Total paint disposal cost: $161,000 - Total handling & disposal: $270,000 - Disposal costs avoided:$ 36,000 Total paint management cost:$306,000
