Colossians 1v 13 ‘He has rescued us from the Dominion of Darkness and brought us into the Kingdom of the Son he loves.’ This Kingdom is the King’s domain – that is all of heaven and parts of the earth, where ever we are, where ever the people of God are – so the Kingdom of God is – we carry the Kingdom with us. ‘Our Father in Heaven, hallowed be Your name, Your Kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.’ The King of the Kingdom

Jesus came from the Father for two things:- To model and release The Kingdom To make a way back to The Father for fallen mankind How did He do this? Philippians 2 v 6 - ‘Who being in very nature God did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness, and being found in as appearance as a man, He humbled himself and became obedient to death even death on a cross.’ This is our King Jesus, humble and servant hearted

Luke 4 ‘He returned to Galilee in the power of the Spirit - and went to Nazareth where He had been brought up and on the Sabbath He went to the Synagogue’ Jesus is the fulfillment of Old Testament prophecy and is powerful The release of the Kingdom brings Good News, healing and sets captives free

When He came Jesus released into the atmosphere of the earth the kingdom of Heaven. He did everything in the power of the Spirit and in a relationship of intimacy with his Father He said ‘I and the Father are one’ – John 10 v30
