Insurance Requirements General Liability - $1,000,000 per occurrence including Products and Completed Operations coverage. DART needs to be listed as an additional insured. Automobile Liability - $1,000,000 per occurrence. DART needs to be listed as an additional insured. Workers Compensation – Statutory Benefits and $500,000 Employers Liability. Employer Indemnity type policies will NOT be accepted. Required from Prime & Subcontractors working on site. Waiver of subrogation in favor of DART. Only the successful offeror will be required to submit evidence of insurance.
