LIT 100 Ethics, Infrastructure, and Troubleshooting This introduction course is 1 hour long and takes new staff through the minefield of computer ethics, gives an overview of the IT infrastructure at UWT, and ends with some basic troubleshooting techniques. At the end of the class, staff should know the rules of computer use, who to contact for problems, and how to perform basic computer troubleshooting.

Actually, the unit is called Creative Communications ( – Pharos is the name of the software company that created the pay-to-print software – We call this ‘Pharos’ because Creative Communications have changed their name numerous times Creative communications’ equipment: – Three ‘Pharos’ printers in the Library – ‘Pharos’ printers in the computer labs – The ONE ‘Pharos’ printer in the Copy Center – The staff copier in the Library admin area The UWT Copy Center are NOT affiliated
