PROGRESSION COACHING W/b 6 th Oct Manage your Time! Are you doing 5 hours of homework per subject per week? YOU HAVE COMPLETE CONTROL OF YOUR OWN SUCCESS! YOU CHOSE THIS ROUTE

Discuss in pairs: What grades do you want to achieve? What steps are you taking to make sure you achieve these grades?

A C U D B A* E 1) Ask yourself what grades you want to see on results day when you open your envelope YES IT MAY SEEM LIKE FOREVER AWAY... BUT YOU NEED TO START REVISING 12 WEEKS BEFORE AN EXAM TO SUCCEED! SO START NOW FOR THE JANUARY EXAMS, THERE ARE ONLY 12 COLLEGE WEEKS LEFT!!! 2) Look at the grades below and choose what you want to receive for each of your subjects… EACH YEAR STUDENTS GET U GRADES, THEY DO NOT START THEIR REVISION EARLY ENOUGH! YOU MUST ACHIEVE AN A-D GRADE IN THE JANUARY EXAMS TO PROGRESS. ALL STUDENTS WITH ANY Es & Us WILL NEED A MEETING WITH SUKI TO DISCUSS PROGRESSION…

There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure. Colin Powell Hard work spotlights the character of people: some turn up their sleeves, some turn up their noses, and some don't turn up at all. Sam Ewing Focused, hard work is the real key to success. Keep your eyes on the goal, and just keep taking the next step towards completing it. If you aren't sure which way to do something, do it both ways and see which works better. John Carmack
