Next steps for booking with European Study Tours Provisional Booking - A provisional booking will be held for a maximum of four weeks for coach, rail and Eurostar tours. Final payments - Final payment for your tour will be due ten weeks before departure. At this point we will also ask you for your final details such as your names list.
