Next steps for booking with European Study Tours Provisional Booking - A provisional booking will be held for a maximum of four weeks for coach, rail and Eurostar tours. To confirm this tour, send us your completed firm booking form and deposits of £50 per paying person. Provisional bookings are not possible for air tours, deposits of £80 (European tours) and £100 (worldwide tours) per paying person and a completed firm booking form are required. Firm Booking - Once you have made a firm booking, you will receive a comprehensive Group Leader's Travel Pack, including a Time Out Guide (or similar). We will then begin work on planning your programme of subject specific visits and excursions. Groups can make use of our excellent pre-booking service for museums, subject specific visits, theme parks, meals and other excursions. Final payments - Final payment for your tour will be due ten weeks before departure. At this point we will also ask you for your final details such as your names list.
