Carrington Circle All Code violations in the area has been resolved. Code Enforcement will continue to monitor the area for compliance. A.C.L.C. to receive $654,526 in Federal Tax Credit annually for 10 years to rehabilitate 10 duplexes and to construct Diamond Cove II. APSARA Christine Tien received an award for her contribution to the Cambodian community at the 10 th Anniversary Celebration of APSARA.
Grant Village Met with A.C.L.C, leaders of the Sikh Temple, and the Principal of Grant School to discuss concerns of the area. River Oaks School Principal requests NAT assistance to partner with the City and the Neighborhood Students along with Parks and Recreation and MUD helped clean up and stencil storm drains around Valverde Park and Angel Cruz Park on Sept. 26, 2003 An After school program will be started on the site. Use site for a Teen Program and other Community needs once approved by the school’s board.
East Main Business Alliance Chaired by Councilmember Giovanetti Assist the merchants to become organized in order to form an association. Working on expanding Façade Program to this area. Business Watch to begin in area. Merchants decided to give back to the community through involvement with Make a Difference Day at Fair Oaks Library
