Youth requirements are as follows: Requirements: –Scouts must be Age 12 before July 19, 2017, have earned First Class rank, wear full scout uniform and secured Scoutmaster approval; –Crew Members: Age 14 before July 19, 2017, wear full uniform and secured Venturing Crew Advisor approval; –Scoutmasters and Venturing Crew Advisors applications due by Nov 2015 (Act now) –Scouts and Venturing Crew members assigned to contingency (12) Troops and (2) Venturing Crews by Fall Price includes transportation to and from the Summit, all meals, tents, cots and activities for ten (10) days except offsite activities (e.g. whitewater rafting). –Payments to “NCAC 2017 Jamboree” (Check or Credit Card with downloaded Voucher) Campership programs and fund raising may be come available $2251 st Payment due January 1, 2016 $5122 nd Payment due June 30, 2016 $5133 rd Final Payment due January 1, 2017 No refunds after March 2017 ($35 service fee for refunds) Unit Assignments: Youth will be assigned to NCAC contingent units in the summer of A maximum of eight (8) youth from one local unit will be assigned to a NCAC contingent Jamboree unit.
