Cluster B: The dramatic, emotional, and erratic group in which self-preoccupation predominates (narcissistic, histrionic, borderline, antisocial) 3. Cluster C: Anxious and fearful group(obsessive- compulsive, dependent, avoidant) This grouping into three clusters is based on similarities in symptoms or traits
