New Brighton IT Staff The City of New Brighton Employees Two full time IT personal ITS supports Converge of City Meetings 160 computers 22 iPads 70 Cell / Smart Phones 36 servers – City & PGAC Network communications between 6 Buildings & 5 Sewer Lift Stations 200 Voice over IP telephones

2014 Accomplishments 2014 The 3com phone system was replace with Mitel Pre-installation programing of the network backbone Two weeks of non stop programming of the phone system Cut over scheduled for Feb 19, 2014 at 2pm Last phone installed at 5am Wednesday morning In all 200 phones, 3 servers, and 6 building controller's installed

2014 Accomplishments 2014 ITS embarked on a intensive computer by computer upgrade Get City computers upgraded to windows 7 operating system 104 computers out of 160 have been upgraded to windows 7 Close to half were completed in 2014
