Steve Risseeuw remarks 1 p.m. Thank you administrator Roth I appreciate the insight you shared on… I have the privilege to introduce to you today our third thought leading conversation on transforming government for the digital era. Jennifer Morgan, our president of North America for SAP, will be interviewing General Stanley McChrystal. Their discussion will focus on leading in the face of complexity. 1 of 8

Steve Risseeuw remarks 1 p.m. First let me tell you a little bit about Jen… CURRENT: Jen was appointed president of SAP North America in May She is responsible for leading the business in the North America region, which serves more than 109,000 customers in 25 industries across the United States and Canada. 2 of 8

Steve Risseeuw remarks 1 p.m. PREVIOUSLY: Jennifer was president of the regulated industries market unit for SAP, and based right here in the Washington DC metro area. In her role, she was responsible for leading the strategy, business operations, revenue performance, customer relationships, and overall customer satisfaction in federal, state, and local government, as well as the higher education, aerospace and defense, healthcare, and utilities industries. 3 of 8

Steve Risseeuw remarks 1 p.m. ASSOCIATIONS: Jennifer serves on a number of non-profit and academic boards: –Board member for the National Academy Foundation (NAF), James Madison University’s College of Business, and for GenYouth, an organization dedicated to improving the health and wellness of the next generation of young leaders. –Member of the Committee of 200 (C200), an organization and foundation comprised of some of the world’s most successful female entrepreneurs and senior corporate leaders. –She is a proud graduate of the James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. 4 of 8

Steve Risseeuw remarks 1 p.m. Jen is going to be hosting a fireside chat today with one of the most respected military leaders of our time – Stanley McChrystal. The son of a military family, General McChrystal had strong military role models. His grandfather started his military services as a soldier during world war 1 and his father had a long and distinguished career in the United States Army rising to the rank of Major General. 5 of 8

Steve Risseeuw remarks 1 p.m. General McChrystal’s own military career started at West Point where he graduated in the class of The General is a Ranger, a Green Beret, and lead our special operations forces as the head of Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC). In addition, he is the former commander of U.S. and international forces in Afghanistan. A one-of-a-kind commander with a remarkable record of achievement, General Stanley McChrystal is widely praised for creating a revolution in warfare that fused intelligence and operations using technology to create a “shared consciousness”. 6 of 8

Steve Risseeuw remarks 1 p.m. After retiring, 1) General McChrystal founded the McChrystal Group with a focus on the civilian world.
