A group of SAL members donated time to do housekeeping duties around the El Paso Ronald McDonald house. Thank you to all who participated!! We would love to do another event for them

All UTEP SAL students who volunteer in a community service activity before September 30, 2011 will be recognized on Congressman Reyes’ website and receive a Congressional Certificate acknowledging their service. IDEAS: Collect pink (yogurt) tabs for Breast Cancer Awareness month??? Give Halloween candy bags to Child crisis center, rescue mission, etc….?? Donate plants to a community garden?? Chalk the Block event: October 14 th -16 th Located in downtown El Paso invites you to view sidewalk chalk art, live music, temporary art installations, an interactive KIDZONE, art vendors, great food, chalk art competitions, and much more! Best of all, this event is FREE and open to the public!
