What I like about science I like that we are using high school material some of the time because I feel that I can be better prepared for when I do go to high school.

What I don’t like about science I don’t like 60 second sciences because I don’t think that they are bettering our education because they mostly are off topic of what we are learning.

On a scale of 1-5 (5 being the best) rate yourself on your ability to complete all assignments for class. Why? I rate my self as a 5 because I always get all of my class work done on time. I also get my homework done on time.

On a scale of 1-5 (5 being the best) rate yourself on your class time effort & positive contribution to class discussions. Why? I would rate myself a 4 because I don’t always talk in class discussions but I actively listen.

On a scale of 1-5 (5 being the best) rate yourself on your ability to work with others in class. Why? I would give myself a 4 because there are some people I don’t work well with but I do work well with most people. I feel I do the right amount of work in the group.

Describe items you want to improve upon for nest year/quarter I want to improve on explaining on labs and tests/quizzes. I always do not explain enough and it reflects on my grade.

On a scale of 1-5 (5 being the best) Describe what went well in this school year. Why? I would give myself a 5 because I am very pleased with my grades this school year. I don’t think I could have done any better. I got on the all ‘A’ honor role.

Total Score In Total out of 25, I give myself a 23. I could work on my participating in class room discussions. Also I could work on trying to work well with others.
