II. Reaching Others with the Gospel A. He told Peter to go into deeper water and cast his nets for fish. Peter objected, but he did it. The catch was large - then became a fisher of men.

II. Reaching Others with the Gospel B. After His resurrection - 7 disciples fished all night - nothing - Christ called from the shore to cast nets on the other side fish - they knew it was Christ - Christ recommissioned Peter.

III. Loving People - Not being religious A. Healing on the Sabbath 1. Healing of the man by the pool of Bethesda - 38 years. 2. “Rise, take up thy bed, and walk.” 3. The religious leaders objected to the healed man carrying his bed on the Sabbath.

III. Loving People - Not being religious B. Teaching about the Sabbath 1. Luke 6:9 2. Luke 14:5
