Pro-Rata Calculation THIS ADD-ON HAS BEEN DEVELOPED TO CALCULATE AMOUNT OF ITEM AS PER BASIC RATE, BASIC GRADE, ACTUAL GRADE BY THIS IT WILL CALCULATE THE FINAL RATE/PER ITEM. FOR EXAMPLE IT IS VERY USEFUL FOR MANUFACTURES AND PRODUCERS; IF WE PRODUCE COAL FROM COAL MINES THEN WE CALCULATE THE RATE OF COAL AS PER GRADE OF COAL.

 There is no need to calculate manually, it will calculate the Final Rate/ Item, automatically just by putting Basic Rate, Basic Grade and Actual Grade of item. Features

 Activate the Add-on.  For Tally.ERP 9 Series A versions greater than Release 3.61  Go to Gateway of Tally > F11: Features > Add On Features  Set “Yes” to the option “Enable Pro-Rata Calculation?” How to Configure Pro-Rata Calculation

 Now go to Gateway of Tally > Accounting Vouchers > Select Voucher in which you have enabled Pro-Rata Calculation > Make your entry > Choose your item > After Choosing the Default Item Allocations for will get open, there you will see the Column of Basic Rate, Basic Grade and Actual Rate, put your value as your need then the Rate will get calculated automatically and you will get the final amount for that Item without any manual Calculations.
