To use this Template: Insert picture on ODD slide Type text into the text box on ODD slide Click outside of the text box Select all on the slide (Ctrl + A) Copy (Ctrl + C) Move to next slide (EVEN) Paste (Ctrl + V) Before de-selecting what has been pasted: Right mouse click on picture Single click “order” Single click “send to back” Repeat process for all pages, and delete remaining blank slides. Record Audio on ODD slide Make a note of the length of recorded audio before you click ‘OK’ Move the speaker icon to the top left corner of the slide Click on ‘Playback’ under ‘Audio Tools’ Change ‘Start’ to “Automatically” Go to ‘Transitions’ tab Under ‘Advance Slide’, set time adjustment to slightly longer than your audio recording.
