TASK - GENERAL INFORMATION Brief Description: Make an online memory book Language focus: adjectives describing experiences and feelings things learnt from teachers Use 'ing' nouns or noun phrases to refer to activities Use infinitives to talk about activities Design rationale: t o promote a sense of belonging and to express their gratitude to everyone who helped them in their school life.

TASK – IMPLEMENTATION Pre-task Introduce the topic with a song - Auld Lang SyneAuld Lang Syne Teach adjectives about describing experiences and feelings. Discuss with the class what they learnt at school and talk about things they learnt from teachers. Read thank-you messages. Discuss how the information is organized based on a mind map and how the adjectives in the messages can be replaced.thank-you messages Do an interactive exercise to rearrange the information about a memorable event.interactive exercise
