Why is this important? The choices and decisions you make now in your teen years will affect you in the future, and can possibly prevent illnesses when you’re an adult

Lifestyle Factors 8 to 10 hours of sleep each night Start each day with a healthy breakfast Eat a variety of nutritious foods Workout 20 minutes a day, 3 or more times a week Maintain a healthy weight Avoid tobacco, alcohol, and drugs
