Looking for: 15 volunteers to judge 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM & 2-3 parents to ride the bus 2:30 PM – 9:00 PM

State Conference Last year we took 98 students –7:1 Adult to Student ratio –14 Chaperones 7 Marketing teachers 7 Parents We take 100 students –15 chaperones 3 Marketing teachers 12 Parents (student automatically attends) Find volunteers or limit participation

Overnight Expectations Behaviors That Result in Immediate Removal –Students are not allowed to leave the hotel/mall property in Greensboro –Absolutely no water activities –Any use of illegal substances –At no time may young men and women be in each others' rooms. –Failure to attend any scheduled activity Opening/Closing Ceremonies & Role Plays Curfew violations
