Spring 2016 Important Registration Information A special section of HTM 213 “Introduction to Food and Beverage Management” will be offered at the GVSU Detroit Campus (nearby Comerica Park / Ford Field). Includes immersion in Detroit food and beverage locations.

Meritage Hospitality Group will be on campus holding interviews for their new restaurant, Wheelhouse Kitchen & Cocktails, located in downtown Grand Rapids on Thursday, April 14! Interviews will take place from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. in the Student Project Center/Leven Center (glass cubicles in DeVos C). Fall 2016 Important Registration Information As you prepare to register, please be aware of these special course sections:  An inaugural section of HTM 380 “The JW Marriott Hospitality Experience” (Monday afternoons) will be taught at the downtown JW Marriott by hotel managers / HTM adjuncts Nick Remes and Brian Behler.
