What is the DCP? Established by Toastmasters International Set of 10 Club Goals Used to measure Club success Recognizes outstanding achievements Yearly goal

Recognition of Efforts Achieve 5 of 10 goals Distinguished Club Achieve 7 of 10 goals Select Distinguished Club Achieve 9 of 10 goals President’s Distinguished Club Membership requirement must be met!

DCP Groupings Educational Leadership Membership Additional Club Goals

Educational Goals Lead by the VP of Education Two CCs Two more CCs One ACB, ACS, or ACG One more ACB, ACS, or ACG

Leadership Goals Lead by the VP of Education One CL, ALB, ALS or DTM One more CL, ALB, ALS or DTM

Membership Goals Lead by VP Membership Four new members Four more new members

Additional Club Goals Lead by Club President Minimum of four Club officers trained for each training period Submitted to World Headquarters One semiannual dues renewal report One club officer list submitted
