Body Paragraph Expectations for Good/Evil Essay: Each paragraph will be a MIELIELcon paragraph (2 quotes per paragraph minimum). This means you will write 3 MIELIELcon paragraphs to support your thesis. Each paragraph needs to develop one of the points in your roadmap to defend your thesis. Thus, each paragraph will be about a different book. Don’t forget to explain how the point you make in each body paragraph proves your thesis!

Right now (and for the next thirty minutes): 1.Write out the main ideas for your three body paragraphs, but give yourself space to write a paragraph about each. Each main idea needs to express one of the reasons from your roadmap, but vary the way you phrase this point. 2.Then, begin writing your first MIELIELcon paragraph.

Homework: Type and print your rough draft. In order to receive credit for your rough draft, it must be typed and printed by the time the music stops to begin class on Friday. Your typed rough draft must include your complete introduction and your three body paragraphs. We will write the conclusion in class on Friday.
