COLUMN Definitions

Use PERIODS in a Calculation Ability to divide an amount in a column by the number of periods, based on the report date (for example: average sales for past 3 months) If report is run for period 2, it would be divided by 2, if run for period 12, the total would be divided by 12

CBR Calculation Calculates percentage of totals vs individual accounts

12 Month Rolling Report Option 1: Each column represents a month and the report dynamically always shows the last 12 months.

12 Month Rolling Report Option 2: One column contains the total of the last 12 months and each month dynamically updates with the correct data

Daily Reports Able to report daily and even compare day over day to see trends The results show the daily amounts and you can still drill down and have the interactive capabilities of the viewer, such as drill down to account and transaction level detail

TREE Definitions

Natural account in Reporting Tree Use other dimensions in rows and columns based on the layout of the report

Set Security by Reporting Units
