ViLE-Network awarded with Otto- Mühlschlegel-Prize „Future age“ The federal association ViLE e.V. received the 1st prize of the Otto-Mühlschlegel-foundation ( €) in July The federal online journal LernCafe of ViLE e.V. is „Selected place 2011“ in the land of ideas.

Creative further development int the retirement Various activities keep the potential of older people. ViLE gives interesting tasks to retired people, offers national and international contacts and a community even if the mobility decreases.

The Internet unites the ViLE community Members meet in regional groups which make it easier to get to know each other. This fosters the subject related work which may lead to new projects beside the benefit of personal meetings. Mutual support in the everyday life with computers and the Internet becomes possible.

New friendships via Internet We exchange our knowledge and our experiences and share them with interested people of every age. Independent of age and place of residence we work together on cultural, social and political questions in which we are interested. We use the interactive possibilities of the Internet but we meet as well in local and regional groups.
