Our definition of a Recruiter Your recruiter, is the first line in how your registry will grow and flourish. The recruiter’s primary goal is the deployment of the Immunization Registry. This goal is accomplished through a variety of avenues. Including: Establishing a variety of Partnerships

FLAIR and HealthyShot FLAIR (Finger Lakes Area Immunization Registry) with HealthyShot covers an 11 county region of New York State FLAIR is currently expanding into 5 additional counties Since 2001 FLAIR has grown from 16 installed sites to 57 installed sites. There are an additional 9 awaiting installation.

Remember Rome wasn’t built in a day Patience, and Perseverance These relationships may take all the savvy you can muster The pay off WILL be worth the time You are responsible to cultivate and maintain these collaborations There is no one right way. Communities, hospitals and practices are as different from one another as individuals. Have a variety of approaches and be comfortable with each. It is MUCH easier than it sounds!
