Structure of the SC  Members and the president of the SC are elected in the beginning of every school year (currently we have 20 members)  In the SC there is at least one person per every class (grades 7-12) as a class representative. He/she has a responsibility to pass the information to the class and potential feedback to the SC  The president of the SC can establish a campaign and is finally elected by all students starting from the 7th grade  All the decisions of the SC have to be approved by the president  Members and the president of the SC are elected in the beginning of every school year (currently we have 20 members)  In the SC there is at least one person per every class (grades 7-12) as a class representative. How the SC works  All of SC’s activities take place after school, including meetings  There is one meeting every week to discuss upcoming events and other relevant issues/problems  If a member has missed more than three meetings in a row the SC has the right to remove the person from the list  All of SC’s activities take place after school, including meetings  There is one meeting every week to discuss upcoming events and other relevant issues/problems  If a member has missed more than three meetings in a row the SC has the right to remove the person from the list

Strengths  New students who have the possibility to participate for the first time are very innovative and have many ideas for improvement  The management can always have feedback on decisions they have made  The information spreads quickly and efficiently among students  Having an SC teaches students to take responsibility from a very early age and gives an opportunity to develop oneself  New students who have the possibility to participate for the first time are very innovative and have many ideas for improvement  The management can always have feedback on decisions they have made  The information spreads quickly and efficiently among students  Having an SC teaches students to take responsibility from a very early age and gives an opportunity to develop oneself

Weaknesses  To find motivated people who would IN REALITY have time to commit to something as time consuming as an SC  To keep members motivated through the year  To have sustainability  To find motivated people who would IN REALITY have time to commit to something as time consuming as an SC  To keep members motivated through the year  To have sustainability
