MCTC Service Area includes 89.2% of Headcount for

 Identify Committee (composed of members of all Tech programs)  Identify priority lists of requested items  Priority lists given to committee from all program areas.  Executive Committee finalizes the requests.

 Equipment  Professional Development  Administrative Cost  Faculty for new or expanded programs  Testing and student support services (tutoring)  Program Assessment

 Factors considered in developing a list of program priority items. ◦ Examine non-recurring items and their priorities within individual programs ◦ Areas where Perkins Performance Measures are not being met ◦ Professional Development in areas that will lead to a stronger program ◦ Learning activities which will contribute in the retention of students

 MCTC works together to improve data quality  Proper advising and program coordinator interaction is the key to student success.  Technical program recruitment continues to improve for the 4P1/4P2 Performance Measures.  The Follow-up process at MCTC includes several steps:  Contact program coordinator for student placement information.  Contact employees via with list of students who graduated and placement information has not been completed for their input.  Contact the student for placement information via phone.

The Data – cont.  Unemployment Insurance data match is completed as last resort on students without placement data entered in TEDS.  Special population data is received by the disabilities coordinator to help support the diversity of our college.

 Additional faculty needed for Practical Nursing Program for the Rowan and Mt. Sterling campuses  New Registered Nursing Program on the Cynthiana Campus.  Industrial Maintenance at Mt. Sterling

 Utilize collected data  Examine Prioritized list  Cross-Check if requested items are in MCTC strategic and unit plans  Cross–check for meeting “Performance Measure Goals” by program  Decide overall grant priorities  Complete paperwork  Submit grant
