Educational Background - B.S. San Diego State University, Biology - California Single subject Teaching Credential, Science -Masters in science education

Background - 10th year teaching - Spend free time studying and collecting reptiles and amphibians - Love playing sports and being outside -I have a 3 year old son and a 1 year old daughter.

Academic Expectations Goal: Getting your students to think, not just do! 2 semesters of physical science, an introduction to chemistry and physics; -Unit of sexual education in June. Students can always come see me after school for extra help.

Grading 50% of grade is based upon lab and worksheets done in class, very little homework if student completes it on time, collected every Monday 25 % quizzes 20% projects 5% science portfolio

Behavior Very large classes dictate strict enforcement of school rules PET PEEVES: Disrespect of self, peers, property, and/or teacher.
