With Berlin, Helsinki, Geneva was the only one who really explain it. I suggest to ask other BEST cities to report. 4 It would be really good to get a BRIEF overview of the main challenges / new developments facing each city region. 5 The time of seminar is too short. I propose 2 whole days. 6 All the Best-seminars have been interesting enough.
