Fulton and submitted a LoI to NuPECC in February NuPECC discussed the case in March D.L.B. contacted Dr. Passini, RI in EC in April mass evaluation “crisis” began in May D. Lunney decided to initiate a LoI on mass measurements and mass evaluations
