Land Use & Enforcement Actions Taken 3 FY 14 Goal: 475. This outcome measure captures preliminary meetings held, land use reviews issued, zoning signoffs completed and enforcement cases closed within the fiscal year.

Percent of Land Use Decisions Made in 120 Days 4 FY 14 Goal: 90%. This efficiency measure tracks the goal to issue decisions so that they become final within 120 days of when they are made complete, notwithstanding that state law allows counties 150 days.
