What Do We Mean by Infill Settings? What Do We Mean by Inclusion? Why Care About Inclusion in Infill Settings?

Nearly ¾ of the nation’s 51 large metropolitan regions saw an increased share of infill housing development during , as compared to (EPA OSC, 2012) In 2011, cities and high density suburbs grew at a faster rate than the nation’s exurbs for the first time in decades. (Brookings, 2012) Trending Toward Greater Infill
