 As of January 31, about 12.7 million plan selections  9.6 million on the Healthcare.gov platform  3.1 million through the state-based Marketplaces  Of the 9.6 million on the Healthcare.gov platform  4 million were new consumers Enrollment

 In Arizona, 203,066 plan selections  144,196 in the Phoenix/Prescott area  34,382 in the Tucson area  4,467 in the Yuma area  21% rate of enrollment growth Enrollment

 Third Party Representatives for non-English speaking consumers  DMI Issues  Appeals vs Complaints  SEPs CMS Updates

Third Party Representatives for Non- English Speaking Consumers  Assisters can serve as interpreters  Consumer must authorize the assister as a third party representative in his/her own language  Call the call center to request an interpreter  give verbal authorization to the interpreter  interpreter will translate authorization to call center representative  once authorization is provided  authorization can last for up to 365 days
