2 What are Clinical Mandatory Requirements Clinical Mandatory Requirements is documentation of health status information that is required for nursing students to be able to participate in a clinical activities. 3 Why we need Clinical Mandatory Requirements The University of Delaware School of Nursing contracts with clinical agencies to place our students in the clinical setting. 6 Results of a PPD skin test A PPD skin test is used to check a student’s history of exposure to Tuberculosis (TB). 7 Positive PPD skin test results There are several reasons why a PPD skin test will be positive. It does not necessarily mean you have had TB.
