Today’s Word: DESCRIBE describe = say what something looks like. when you describe something, we say you “give a description.” “He’s blue, he has a red nose, he looks like a cat.”

Today’s Phrase: “His/her face rings a bell!” It means the person looks familiar, but you can’t remember why. Used when you have seen a person before, but can’t remember who it is.

Today we will practice describing people.
