92% of GES 1 st graders use the internet outside of school.

44% of GES 1 st graders use technology more than an hour a day (not including TV time).

51% of GES 1 st graders play a video game that is rated M* for Mature (17+). *Call of Duty, Grand Theft Auto and Halo all have an M rating from ESRB; Five Nights at Freddy’s is not ESRB rated, but gaming companies liken it to M rated games and suggest a mature audience.

37.6% of GES 1 st graders report having no rules for using the internet outside of school.
