What is pre-production? Pre-production is- the planning for the production: Research similar artists Planning your ideas Budgeting: how much is it going to cost? Location: where you going to film? Mise-en-scene: what's going to be in your music video? Storyboard of your music video Risk assessment Character casting Production schedule: when will you be doing each stage? How long will each stage take? Equipment hire: video camera, tripod, ;lightening, green screen, costumes.
