What does the playwright seem to be saying about how woman should act? The playwright seems to be saying that women should do all the work in the house like cleaning, folding clothes, making food, etc. The man in the house goes out and works. The stories also gives the impression that the men are the head of the house hold and the women don’t have as much of a say.
