SCSP programme 15/16 – original Project 1: Travel behaviour change with workplaces linked to WLC investment in bus and path infrastructure to serve employment area in Livingston Project 2: Joining up Livingston North, focusing on Abellio Scotrail investment in rail station cycle infrastructure Project 3: All Ability Cycling and Bike Lending Libraries, building on pilots / existing scheme and matched by Health Improvement Team (time and investment)

Learning outcomes? Depending on external partners for ‘match’ can be a risk, but also an opportunity and levers ‘commitment’ Partnerships and relationships, no matter how small = seeds of success Risk assessment and contingency planning – crucial from the start and throughout
