2 Quail Valley Sewer Improvements QUAIL VALLEY SUBAREA 9 PHASE 1 Quail Valley (QV) – 1,390 existing dwelling units on septic tanks Proposed project will install a gravity sewer system for QV Sub-Area 9 (SA9), Phase 1 area and abandon existing septic tanks QV SA9, Phase 1 area covers 149 existing homes and 66 vacant lots for a total of 215 lots.

10 Recommendations 1.Execution by the General Manger, or his designee, of the District’s standard form of contract with Armstrong & Brooks Consulting Engineers for final design of Quail Valley Sewer Improvements Sub-Area 9, Phase 1 Project in the amount of $ 283,834; 2.Execution by the General Manager of the District’s standard form of necessary contracts and agreements including administrative award of contracts for the completion of the project; 3.Execution by the General Manager, or his designee, to finalize purchase of property (APN: ) and necessary easements upon successful negotiations; and 4.Additional appropriation of $ 569,537 to cover project costs through the Bid/Award Phase.
