2 Project Priority List (PPL)  Recent Events  Initial 2005 list ranked by PRS and approved by TAC in August/September  2004 projects merged with 2005 project list —Those expected to complete in 2004 were ranked —Executing projects rolling into 2005 were ranked  2006 rollover amounts estimated —Reduced 2005 budget amounts  “Cut Line” estimated at $35M —Pending final approval of ERCOT budget —The positioning of the line will move over the course of the year as new projects are added and existing projects are adjusted via change control
