SHELTER Continuous degradation of the shelter situation with an increase of Self- collective shelters in unfinished buildings without adequate sanitation; Steep increase of shelter rent is confirmed in all regions due to high demand; Saida University site guest a total of 125 families

Many vulnerable families are in the incapacity to afford their rent, cash assistance should prevent families to be expelled Shelter conditions are often appalling and below minimum standards, unfinished houses and building are being rented, sealing off intervention provide the emergency assistance needed Significant expansion of informal tented settlements in the Bekaa and in the North as one coping mechanism to affordable shelters.
